Silvina Aldeco-Martinez was appointed CEO of Parameta Solutions in March 2024. She joined the TP ICAP Group from PitchBook Data, a division of Morningstar, where she was a member of the executive team and CEO of Leveraged Commentary and Data (LCD). As CEO of LCD, Silvina successfully led the carve out, long-term strategy definition, and sale of the business to Pitchbook/Morningstar. Prior to that, in her 25 years at S&P Global, Silvina held several senior roles, including the Chief Product Officer for S&P Global Platts, a division of S&P Global and the leading independent provider of information and benchmarks for the energy and commodity markets. Prior to joining Standard & Poor’s in 1996, Silvina was an equity research analyst for ABN AMRO’s brokerage house in Argentina. Silvina holds a BSc in Economics from Buenos Aires University and is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

Roland Anderson currently holds the position of CIO of Parameta Solutions. He leads our technology strategy, directing integration of digital solutions to drive business growth. He is a 20-year veteran of market data technology, starting at Dow Jones Newswires, then to ICAP and on to hold Head of Market Data at the Fintech NEX, which was later acquired by CME. He rejoined TP ICAP group as the CTO of the Data and Analytics division which became Parameta Solutions. Here, he has partnered with firms such as Amazon Web Services and Snowflake to shape the technical offering to both internal and external clients.

Miles Graham joined Parameta Solutions in 2024 bringing over 15 years of experience in the financial data and analytics industry to his role as CRO. Prior to joining the team, Miles held leadership roles in several sales and client success functions at S&P Global Market Intelligence. He has a proven track record for delivering growth and is passionate about building strong customer relationships. Miles has also held roles at MSCI and JP Morgan.

Jake Hujar joined Parameta Solutions in February 2025 bringing extensive experience in financial technology data businesses and data operations. Prior to joining the team, Jake held numerous leadership roles at PitchBook Data (a Morningstar Company), leading global teams in building world class data products for private and public market research. He has a proven track record for driving operational efficiency, building successful global teams and scaling operations with fast growing businesses.

Ovie joined the leadership team in 2023 having previously held a number of senior roles at Parameta Solutions in product development, business development and sales. Before joining TP ICAP Group in 2010, Ovie began his career at Barclays where he worked in Loan Portfolio Management and Principal Credit. As CPO Ovie is responsible for both formulating and executing the group’s product strategy, working in tandem with Sales and Marketing functions to take new services to market. He regularly contributes to industry debates and speaks on topics such as data analytics, risk and trends in OTC markets.
